Communicated with company founders to assess software needs, business objectives, and product vision. Maintained open communication through daily stand-up meetings, weekly progress reports, and additional ad hoc meetings- Headed the software development team responsible for creating embedded systems, iOS apps, and cloud infrastructure to power ORC\'s wearable products equipped with proprietary Light Lace sensors, such as shirts, chest straps, knee braces, boxing gloves, and g-suits- Spearheaded the design and rollout of the company\'s cloud data infrastructure and analysis toolkit, which streams massive amounts of sensor and biometric data to AWS. Utilized this data to optimize and personalize machine learning models, create signal processing algorithms, and produce user-specific reports and recommendations- Developed Flow Engine, a suite of algorithms utilizing Light Lace to measure real-time respiratory biometrics such as respiratory rate, breath duration, tidal volume, ventilation, breath flow, respiratory-locomotor coupling, V02 Max, and exertion/fatigue levels- Collaborated with biomechanical engineers to create shirts with integrated Light Lace sensors capable of using machine learning to estimate arm kinematics, elbow flexion, muscle activation, and shoulder rotation with accuracy comparable to camera-based motion capture systems and a 100x higher sample rate- Awards and Patents -[Awarded SBIR Phase I: Ubiquitous Data Monitoring of Touch Using Photonic Place NFL 6th Annual First and Future Competition Powered by Patent Pending: Flexible Transducers for Biometric Data Acquisition
