I am a senior leader with extensive in-house and management consulting experience focused on shaping and leading the delivery of technology-enabled business transformation. I have partnered with organisations to set strategic direction, established new technology functions and operating models such as shared services and centers of excellence, and have successfully led multiple business transformation programmes in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales and Procurement, many enabled by SAP. Through in-house roles, I have led distributed teams of up to 800 and budgets of $270M, and as a CIO, understand what it takes to drive business value as an end-to-end technology leader of a highly regulated, digitized and data driven function.My diverse cross sector acumen in Banking, Oil & Gas, Consumer Goods & Services, Media & Entertainment and Mobile Telecoms comes from the good fortune of working within some of the world’s best known organisations in Europe, the US and APAC region.
