As a board director, I established Urbanise with the purpose of sharing expertise in construction with clients on complex and challenging projects. My primary role is to steer the business and lead the pre-construction area of the company, initially meeting and building relationships with clients and then later managing our construction, commercial and planning functions to successfully bid for work. I also have overall responsibility for the company’s health and safety standards.
