ABOUT MATT KEOGH

I am a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group, where I lead BCG X and am a core member of our Technology & Digital Advantage (TDA) practice. I work with organizations to translate digital strategy into execution, helping them harness the potential of AI, data, and technology to drive measurable business outcomes and long-term competitive advantage.With a global, cross-industry background, I’ve led complex transformation programs, AI and data platform builds, digital product development, and large-scale systems integrations. My focus is on delivering impact—accelerating performance through scalable, tech-enabled solutions that are grounded in real business needs.Prior to my current role, I led enterprise transformation and IT modernization programs at BCG Platinion, and earlier, was a Managing Director at Accenture, where I oversaw the delivery of consulting, digital, and technology services for a wide range of clients. I began my career as a systems engineer at EDS, giving me firsthand experience in both the operational and strategic dimensions of technology.I also contribute to BCG’s People & Organization (POP) practice, helping organizations align talent, structure, and technology—especially as they navigate the shift toward AI-driven workforce models.Much of my current focus is on the real-world application of Generative AI—guiding organizations through the opportunity and complexity it presents, from experimentation to scaled implementation. As technology continues to reshape industries, I’m focused on ensuring businesses are not only ready for what’s next, but capable of leading it.
