Principal engineer and Pacific Business Group Leader for GHD\'s U.S. West Region overseeing business in Hawai\'i, Guam and the CNMI as well as other locations. Responsible for the overall management, business development and profitability of GHD\'s business activities in the Mariana Islands. GHD has been serving clients on Guam since 1987 and in the CNMI since 1989. We are a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, architects, construction managers, inspectors and technicians delivering local agency, federal and defense infrastructure projects. Primary practice in the planning, design, and management of infrastructure projects and building facilities.Specialties: Planning and design of civil infrastructure, including water, wastewater, municipal wells, water treatment, recycled water, pump stations, storm water, Low Impact Development (LID), sustainable site development, landfills, transfer stations, traffic signals, multi-modal transportation, roadways, grading and paving, signing and striping, new and renovated buildings, traditional and renewable energy and power facilities, waterfronts, wharves and piers, and other types of projects.
