About Matt Kearns
Matt is a self driven individual who has had over 20 years of experience in the construction field (mostly weighted by residential builds and moved into other sectors; Government, K-12, Commercial). Recently managing the Capitol Improvement Project Division (CIP) of the Town Of Florence, AZ. Waste water treatment solutions and water treatment enhancements. Managing State levied Consent Orders from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. Matt enjoys Construction finances and their importance to stakeholders with regard to accuracy and validity.
