At EQUILIBRIUM, we are more than just structural engineers and mass timber experts. we are designers who work with architects and others to create spaces that suit the architectural vision, minimize their environmental impact, and inspire their occupants.So far at EQUILIBRIUM I\'ve had the opportunity to lead a number of exciting projects including- SF Mass Timber tech office building in Sunnyvale, CA. Completed 2024- Mass timber design of the 14-story hybrid steel-timber Bakers Place residential building in Madison, WI. Expected completion 2025- The 8-story, 862-bed Georgia Tech Curran Street Residence Hall. Expected completion 2025- The development of our grant-funded CLT Design Tools.
