Matt is a highly driven professional with a proven track record with more than 20 years of executive leadership providing SaaS, Contact Center & Telephony products and services to the hospitality industry, specializing in business operations. He has 30 years of experience helping to grow and scale the business of NAVIS & Revinate, through leadership, business strategies, execution, P&L optimization, operational excellence, people development, overseeing all post-sale customer support teams, and strong partnerships with product & engineering. Matt currently oversees the Voice channel of Revinate as the head of this business division.Extremely versatile and self driven, Matt is willing to do what is necessary to get the job done and will be the first to lead the charge towards a meaningful vision. He has a passion for leading and bringing teams together to achieve new levels of success and greatness. His leadership is a blend of service to his people, building strong relationships and highly focused on doing the right thing for the greater good of the organization. In 2005, Matt left NAVIS for 2 years to do mission work with his family at an orphanage in Mexico. Matt was quickly asked to lead the 70+ person orphanage as the Mission Director and returned with a new level of leadership experience. He now oversees over 150 employees that serve customers around the world. In 2011, Matt was recognized by his peers and was presented the “Accomplished under 40” award through Cascade Business News among other successful business professionals of Central Oregon. He was a member of Vistage International from 20••••15. He also served as the board Chair/President of FFHM from 20••••19, and currently as the board Secretary, a non-profit that provides for the needy children of Mexico.Matt and his wife Rachael continue to serve community needs through the local church they attend and have 3 adopted children in addition to their 3 biological children. Matt is also an experienced archery hunter, fly fisherman, snowboarder and black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
