Over 15 years at Lilly, I have built a diverse skill set working in various medical affairs, field medical roles as an individual contributor or through leading teams. I have achieved success by putting positive patient outcomes first, delivering timely and impactful customer experiences, and developing strong partnerships with thought leaders. I have a strong EQ and a solutions-focused mindset to navigate the “gray space”. In forming and leading teams to achieve results, I embrace diversity, create an inclusive environment and empower through supportive coaching and development. Throughout my career, some of my recognition as a top performer include multiple US Medical annual awards and US Medical Division Vice President’s Council.At Lilly, I have served as a MSL, MSL Supervisor, Leader of MSL Strategy/Capabilities and Field Medical Advisor. As a Neuroscience MSL, I excelled at establishing deep relationships and delivering complex medical information as a trusted partner. I facilitated impactful collaborations between external thought leaders and Lilly. Since 2011, I have managed high functioning MSL teams across different areas (Neuroscience, Dermatology and Rheumatology) supporting product launches. I have led the strategic entry of Lilly field medical into new therapeutic spaces by forming new MSL teams. I am known for building strong cross-functional networks to ensure that MSL teams are engaged internally. I have led MSL teams to collect and prioritize crucial clinical insights gained through thought Leader discussions to inform Lilly adaptation strategy in a dynamic environment. As a leader of the MSL Strategy/Capabilities team, I drove initiatives that impacted MSL training, interfaced with legal and compliance to ensure MSL operational excellence. Throughout my career, I have prioritized people development through the coaching and mentorship of others to reach career objectives and build skills to navigate an individualized career map.
