As a Senior Cybersecurity Project Manager, our key role is to coordinate the delivery of focused short term and long-term security projects for our clients. We also run with internal improvement programmes to further enhance our delivery function both externally (client) and internal (Sales/Ops/Scheduling/Consultants), this could be improving on our templates, process and documentation or inter-personal and systems processes between departments to streamline the incoming work and remove inefficiencies in data. Working with internal stakeholders we focus on our sales industry verticals to better understand their project management needs and how they differ from each other, this also applies to our various business areas as we diversify outside classic pen testing work and provide PM support to RM & G and Remediation projects. In my Senior capacity I am also tasked with acting as the SPOC for all new onboarding staff to our business unit and provide a supportive 30, 60 and 90 day onboarding induction plan with key milestones.
