I serve as the Portfolio Manager and Deputy Director at the Marine Corps Software Factory (MCSWF). Launched in July 2023 with an initial team of seven Marines, we are located in Austin, Texas. Our goal is to expand to over 20 active duty Marines in 2026. In my role, I run day-to-day operations and manage the portfolio of applications which includes scoping new work, directing ongoing software development, and leading Marines as software professionals. Additionally, I am responsible for the organization\'s growth and outcomes, which involves outreach to other Marine units, collaboration with sister services, and engagement with industry partners.
