About Matt Henretta
I have had the pleasure of working in many different roles throughout my career, from business process optimization to global software implementations and leading the strategy development for organizational growth.After 9 years at Accenture. I joined Centric Consulting’s Columbus office where I helped lead an amazing team that doubled in size over the next four years while winning multiple \"Best Place to Work\" awards. I then transitioned to a national role with a focus on launching and growing a Shared Services capability to support all of our operating groups across the company.After building and establishing the operational foundation for a growing Shared Services team, I joined the Technology Services leadership team. As the Technology Services Lead, I developed and lead the execution of a strategic vision that accelerated the growth our technical capabilities at a national level while also ensuring the highest levels of quality delivery. Over the next five years, we expanded our capabilities, developed stronger solutions and realized exponential growth.In my current role, as a member of Centric\'s Executive Committee, I am responsible for our Growth Strategy as well as leading our Partnerships, Innovation and Solutions team.
