Led Patient Experience program for the Medical Group made up of 640+ providers in 160+ locations – Efforts included creating a rewards and recognition program to honor high-performing practices, implementing Daily Management Systems, and developing a process to resolve patient complaints – Program success was reflected by an increase in Press Ganey “Recommend Provider Office” scores by 20+ national percentile points in two years.• Created automated system to distribute Best Places to Work reporting and action planning packages to 974 unique departments across Baptist Health – Packages were used to share department-specific survey results, identify high-priority improvement opportunities, and direct action planning for increased employee engagement.• Used binary logistic regression analysis and other predictive modeling techniques to identify patients with a high probability of future emergency department visits and hospital admissions – Analysis was used to re-direct Care Advising activities in order to improve patient well-being and reduce patient spend.
