ABOUT MATT HARE

With over 25 years of experience, Matt has a proven track record and extensive industry knowledge. His skills include contract negotiation, risk/opportunity management, metric-based project control, and dispute resolution.One of Matt\'s key strengths is a metric-based approach to project control. Matt consistently embeds key metrics and uses them to drive the project, ensuring decisions are made effectively. This approach ensures risks are identified timeously, allowing the team to react and mitigate efficiently. Matt has managed various prestigious projects, including the Our Town Hall project (Manchester), Manchester City Football Academy, Featherstone Prison, BSF Schools programmes, Beacon Barracks, Old Oak Common Rail Depot, MOD work, and multiple healthcare schemes. In doing so, Matt has gained experience at every point in the project sequence, constantly using this to ensure learning is fed into the forward-looking strategy. Over the last two years, Matt has headed up a regional business responsible for over £80m in annual sales. A big part of this role is coaching and training to promote staff development and ensure the team continuously manages risks and adds value at each stage in the project timeline.Matt has attained academic achievements, including a Quantity Surveying Degree and being elected a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
