I’m a confident Senior Construction Manager/ Project Manger with over 25 years experience of working in the London Refurbishment sector. I’ve worked on major cut & carve projects, heavy refurbishment and new build projects. I have had great experience of running a project from pre construction through to practical completion. I have a trade background in Carpentry & Joinery and have worked my way up the management ladder. I have full involvement in programming, procurement and can involve myself in design development if required.I’m currently working on a mixed use scheme in Baker Street. The project started as a heavy cut & carve and includes10 new build apartments. We will also handover 3 no office spaces along with two shell completion spaces.
