As COO of Valkor Oil and Gas, I lead operations for a vertically integrated energy company, overseeing projects from geological assessment through facility development and operations. I\'ve spent my career building things from scratch and making challenging projects work. I\'ve built and scaled engineering organizations, led large capital projects in energy and industrial sectors, and learned to operate effectively when the playbook doesn\'t exist.
