I have been leading and overseeing all day-to-day operations at our manufacturing facility in central Kentucky for nearly four years, ensuring the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of our operations and products.With over six years of experience as a process engineer and change leader, I have a proven track record of delivering successful results and solutions for complex technical challenges.
