About Matt Grimm
I have over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. I love going to work every day knowing that the end results of my efforts will help save lives. I’ve had the opportunity to work in Production, with Utilities, both clean and non-impact, Change Management, Validation/Qualification and Computerized Maintenance Systems, just to name a few of the systems.Along the way, I also discovered a new passion: leadership. Recently, I have stepped into the role of production manager, guiding the work of our manufacturing associates to ensure the production demands are executed correctly, on-time, and on-budget. I strive to focus on collaboration, mentorship, and communication, ensuring every team member can be at their best.Overall, I find the ability to combine the technical skills with leadership incredibly gratifying. I now strive to use my past experiences to ensure I can embrace what I have learned and continuing to grow.
