As an implementer and consultant with 17 years of experience, I’ve seen how organizations can unlock greater effectiveness when they invest in strengthening their own adaptive management. My expertise spans monitoring and evaluation, adaptive management, and strategic planning, with a deep interest in integrating effective learning systems into ongoing operations. I specialize in helping teams use evidence, reflection, and collaboration to strengthen decision-making and maximize impact. I help organizations turn insights into action through developing theories of change and logic models, designing MEL frameworks, and strengthening learning systems.
