Currently responsible for developing data warehouse reporting & visualization solutions for Mercer\'s health & benefits specialty practices. Enhancing current content and raising value/usefulness of these reports, to ensure that they will actually used by various parties. Managing various stakeholder expectations and the associated change management have been key to this role since day one.Acting as an internal technical expert for both the Merative (was: IBM Watson/Truven) and Artemis Health data warehouse systems, and helping resolve the most complex/challenging technical reporting issues, usually through data visualization. There are very few reporting challenges that cannot be solved via visualizations that put accurate information into the correct context for our clients. End goal? Enabling clients to confidently make data-based decisions, and take appropriate actions to manage their health & benefit plans.
