I have taken on the role of supporting the EY wavespace programme technologically, overseeing our 20 plus locations East of the Atlantic. EY wavespace is an immersive, facilitated experience designed to spark new thinking, drive alignment, and solve complex challenges, faster. taking a leading role in an environment constantly seeking innovative approaches to collaboration, at the forefront of technology, and not afraid to experiment was too exciting an opportunity to pass up when it became available. Really looking forward to this new chapter in my EY career.

ABOUT MATT GRAHAM
One of a very small number of people who has led office fit out projects for a global Real Estate team and the delivery of technology solutions for a Global IT organisation. For the last decade, I have been been focused on the technologies that complement and underpin the workplace experience. A founder member of EY\'s Real Estate Technology and Innovation team, my role has been to act as an advisor for the almost 100 countries and 400 offices EY has across EMEIA. As well as delivering our solutions I have also been a key innovator within the team, identifying and onboarding platforms which have now been deployed to hundreds of locations.I have been recognised internally with an Innovation award for my work repurposing our reservation management platform as a capacity management tool to enable Return to Office (at no cost to the business) and externally I have appeared on many panel discussions for high profile Workplace Technology events such as WorkTech and RealComm.I am currently heavily involved in AI adoption both professionally and personally, spending much of my work and free time developing AI based solutions, vibe coding and channelling my natural creativity to create products that make my working and personal life more efficient.I\'m committed to building a trusting, tolerant and supportive atmosphere for my team by encouraging a dynamic where people can be who they are and aren\'t afraid to fail.
