My mission as a transportation planner and engineer is to help communities plan for a low carbon future that supports a economically vibrant, equitable, and healthy society. I focus my time in San Francisco, San Mateo, and Sonoma Counties and help lead our Bay Area practice to transform community planning at the nexus of land use and transportation. The public is the ultimate client for my work, and therefore I strive to work collaboratively with our private and public-sector clients to create an inclusive workflow with easy to digest recommendations. My client-service approach is based on building trust with communities through empathy and sensitivity to the unique concerns of our clients and their stakeholders. I am lucky to work with a phenomenal team of transportation engineers and planners that strive together to deliver data driven and creative transportation solutions that transform communities.I frequently work with clients ranging from institutions and landowners, state and local agencies, and other consulting firms. I am a Professional Engineer in California and bring a multi-disciplined approach to projects at the nexus of land use and transportation planning, such as CEQA/NEPA reviews for development and infrastructure projects, complete street corridor and citywide active transportation plans, and the modeling of travel behavior. I am involved in Fehr & Peers\' research efforts that explore how disruptive technologies and demographic changes will affect transportation planning decisions in the future.
