I\'m a product manager with 12+ years of SaaS experience and a rare background that spans both sides of the restaurant industry — I\'ve run restaurants and I\'ve built the technology that powers them.Over the past 6+ years at Delaget and PAR Technology, I\'ve conceived, built, and launched 6 products from the ground up — including Coach, Detect, Delivery, Recovery, Delivery Loss, and most recently Coach AI, the first product in PAR\'s AI Intelligence Suite. Every one of these products started as an idea and ended as a market-ready solution deployed across restaurant locations serving brands like Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, KFC, Burger King, and IHOP.In 2026, Coach AI won the BIG Innovation Award in the Food Innovation category — recognized for helping restaurant teams turn real-time data into actionable decisions. In 2020, Delaget Coach won the QSR Applied Tech Award for its impact on operational efficiency across QSR franchises.Before moving into tech, I spent years in restaurant operations as an Operations Partner at P.F.
