Founder of Waypoint Human Capital, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm specializing in placing highly qualified, cleared personnel in roles essential to National Security. With over 20 years of experience in the government contracting sector, I established Waypoint to fulfill the often overlooked but crucial need of aligning skill with mission-critical programs while addressing the often-inhibitive costs associated with traditional RPO services ensuring equitable partnerships with small to mid-sized defense integrators to assist them in remaining competitive. Acting as the \'Talent Broker,\' Waypoint closes the gap on talent acquisition allowing our clients to remain focused on delivery.My passions include technology advancement, security, community involvement, and helping both companies, programs, and the people within them achieve their goals.Beyond my work in RPO, I have led several philanthropic initiatives, including the founding of a nonprofit that trained and provided service dogs to first responders.
