I provide strategic IT leadership to a growing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) business, Capital i, as CIO and as president of an IT consulting and services business unit, Straight Line Tech. I strive to enable and optimize business capabilities, capitalize on innovation, and ensure that IT strategy aligns with business, industry, and technology needs. I am an enthusiastic cybersecurity proponent and am responsible for our business\' adherence to ISO 27001, customer security requirements, and our own internal cybersecurity program. My personal \'why\' is and always has been centered on helping others, whether that be as a caring family member, a friend, a teammate, a direct report, a co-worker, a manager, a mentor, or as a problem-solver. I am passionate about building, participating in, and developing high-performing teams driven to accomplish shared objectives, as I believe this to be the core of business success and fulfillment. I serve as a volunteer outside of work to help our communities in other ways as well.My \'superpower\', if I could say I had one, is my rare blend of excellent interpersonal skills and communication, technical prowess and understanding, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
