ABOUT MATT G.

I am a senior communications professional with significant yet growing experience in the planning, creation and implementation of high impact multi-channel internal and external communications, including employee engagement, marketing, public relations and community investment. I am a both a strong leader and team player, and through an ethos based on leadership, accountability and teamwork, can be relied upon to perform to a consistently high standard. Additionally I feel we would all benefit from a set of non-negotiables, and for whatever reason mine align with those currently in place at Arsenal Football Club. By approaching everything with respect, passion and commitment, outstanding communications would be a much better and easier thing to achieve.Previously responsible for a number of six figure budgets; I have experience in press, team and agency management and have a key strength in communications campaigns, and the management of programmes from conception to results.
