Drive strategy, planning, and execution for large-scale eCommerce, CMS (Sanity/Content Stack / Shopify / Word Press, others) and digital transformation projects-Turn business objectives into clear roadmaps and priorities that guide design, development, QA, and delivery teams-Oversee projects end-to-end, making sure we stay on track with timelines, budgets, and quality expectations-Build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level, keeping communication open and alignment clear-Partner with sales and business development on pre-sales discovery, solutioning, and client presentations to help win new work and grow accounts-Work closely with clients to shape vision, scope, and delivery plans while addressing risks and change management needs-Communicate progress and strategy to executives and client leadership through reporting, updates, and roadmaps-Build frameworks that improve consistency and scalability-Collaborate on solution architecture and system integrations (ERP, PIM, CMS) to ensure they meet business and operational needs-Mentor product managers and team members, encouraging ownership, growth, and accountability-Track performance and client feedback to guide continuous improvement and long-term strategy
