Appointed to lead nLighten’s UK construction operation during its start-up phase, I established the division from the ground up — designing scalable systems, building a multidisciplinary team, and overseeing delivery across multiple concurrent data centre projects. My remit spans end-to-end project lifecycles in live environments, including strategy, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and site execution.A career highlight to date was delivering the UK’s first large-scale deployment of Nvidia H200 GPUs for Northern Data Group at nLighten Chester. The project was completed within a compressed 10-week programme and recognised nationally, winning “Edge Project of the Year” at the 2025 DCR Excellence Awards.Throughout, I’ve navigated complex startup conditions and high-demand timelines with clarity and resilience — embedding robust delivery processes, fostering team performance, and aligning UK execution with international expansion goals.
