Tax specialist, experienced working with owner managed businesses in respect to both corporate and personal tax issues. Current role with FRP Advisory is varied. I provide our corporate finance team with transactional tax support relevant to trade sales, private equity investment, management buyouts and the sale of shares to Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs). Alongside that, I act as a single joint expert in relation to tax issues relevant to the matrimonial estate in the context of divorce. I also provide tax services on forensic cases which predominantly relate to the valuation of businesses. I assist with ad hoc corporate and personal tax compliance/advisory work.
