With nearly two decades of leadership experience at NJ LEEP, I have dedicated my career to advancing educational equity and creating opportunities for underserved communities. As Executive Director, I oversee transformative programs, manage multi-million-dollar budgets, cultivate donor relationships, and lead dedicated teams. I bring expertise in program management, community outreach, and strategic growth and scaling.NJ LEEP is a comprehensive college access program serving students and families across the greater Newark area. We focus on equipping middle and high schoolers with academic skills and social-emotional competencies necessary for college achievement through our College Bound Program. We serve over 400 students annually while supporting hundreds of alumni along their journeys. NJ LEEP has a 74% college degree attainment rate.
