About Matt Ennis

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of learning and growing in both the classroom and as a district-wide SEL Instructional Coach across multiple schools in Boston Public Schools. Each experience has strengthened my commitment to student-centered, equity-driven work and deepened my understanding of how strong instruction, effective systems, and relational leadership create the conditions for student and adult success. As my coaching role comes to a close, I’m actively exploring opportunities to continue making an impact whether through an Assistant Principal role or a coaching position focused on instructional leadership, school culture, or multi-tiered systems of support. I’m excited to bring my skills, systems-thinking, and belief in the power of inclusive school communities to a team aligned in vision and values.
