Re-engineered existing JAMF Pro Cloud infrastructure. Transitioned 350 remaining macOS systems from Meraki MDM to JAMF Pro Cloud. Designed and implemented macOS hardening, auditing, and update policies. Built extensions attributes, and customer scripts to extend macOS reporting and control. Designed and deployed a new zero-touch deployment for ARM-based Macs. Managed Google Workspaces, including group setup and Chrome-based exclusions for Chrome extensions.Validated and rolled out macOS Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, and Tahoe to 1300 systems. Manage CrowdStrike Falcon Deployment and Back-end Cloud system. Provide the last level of support for complex issues, as well as macOS and JAMF mentoring. Evaluated and built out Splashtop remote control service. Evaluated and tested macOS in AWS as a replacement for company-provided Macs for contractors. Validated and built out conditional access rules using OKTA Verify and OKTA Identity Engine.
