About Matt Doman
I have spent over 3 decades recruiting within the actuarial and employee benefits industry all while working with the same firm (SC International, LTD) since graduating from Augustana College in 1993. I have successfully placed and recruited actuaries and employee benefit professionals at all levels and across all lines of business with a specialty in the pension/retirement and health and welfare arenas. Through my excellent interpersonal skills, work ethic and knowledge of the actuarial industry, I have developed strong client and candidate relationships. I am actively involved in client development, as well as mentoring and training recruiting staff within SC International. I really enjoy meeting and working with new clients and candidates and forming strong working relationships.
