Accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and the overall operational performance of the business. Responsibilities include Supply Chain, Facilities, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing Operations for satellite components and special payload programs. Enabling technology advancement and new product realization. I drove the standardization of manufacturing processes from demand planning, assembly & test, inspection, to final delivery. The Arka site in Bothell was formally know as Tether\'s Unlimited. Key products include software defined radios, water based thrusters, de-orbit tape, Antenna pointing gimbal and various specialized payload programs spanning R&D to proof of concept. I worked closely with engineering and product management to deliver new products to customers that fully meet their requirements including AS9100, ITAR, and various NASA workmanship standards.
