About Matt Deyoe

As a Certified Ecologist and Environmental Consultant at EHS Support, I lead and support multidisciplinary projects focused on biodiversity, ecological risk, restoration, water resources, and environmental assessment across the U.S. and internationally. My work spans field-based science, decision-support framework design, and high-level program coordination, with an emphasis on helping teams, data, and strategy come together to drive strong environmental outcomes. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at George Fox University, focused on executive leadership, organizational performance, and decision-making in environmental settings. Alongside that, my graduate coursework in business administration and project management through UMass Amherst has strengthened how I think about the systems, structures, and leadership conditions that shape whether environmental work succeeds. I care deeply about conservation, restoration, and the long-term health of the natural systems that inspire me. My goal is to help strengthen the connection between ecological science, effective leadership, and strategic decision-making in organizations working to shape the future of environmental practice.
