I have managed or been involved in managing all types of business operations. From retail sales, commercial furnishings, special events into construction management and estimating. Having spent most of my professional life in small business I have had the opportunity to wear lots of hats and seen business operations from many angles, doing most every job there is. Some things remain constant. Reliable performance and consistent quality. Things that a customer/client will consider more important than being the cheapest service provider. Starting with the head honcho in the main office to the guy that empties the trash, that sometimes being the same person, it is all about doing what needs to be done consistently and doing it well.
