Create an informative & enjoyable experience for customers & fellow crew members around our selected wines & paired foods. Learn, retain, & share product knowledge around wines\' origin, ingredients, dryness, acidity, dietary specifications, suggested pairings etc. Collaborate with fellow wine demo team members to ensure enough product is available both at the demo station and on the shelves for the day, week, & month of demo product selections-After 3 months, tapped to be a Section Leader. Responsible for the optimization of the inventory, layout, pricing, and sales for 80 plus products. Analyze average product sales and forecast seasonal trends to make data driven decisions on the amount of product to order. Be accessible to all customers & fellow crew members for inquiries regarding the products in my section. Assist in the training of new crew members-Train new hires in all company & store policies and procedures. Asses knowledge & skill progression of new hires over the course of a few weeks & adjust training style to specific individualized needs. Collaborate with managers, training coordinator, & fellow trainers to audit training progress & plan for necessary continued training-Awarded Wellington’s “Crew Member of The Year” for best exemplifying the Company Values; striving to grow the most; & helping other Crew Members develop and flourish.
