About Matt Crow

An experienced Project Manager, Matt’s spent over 15 years managing projects for water clients across the US ranging in value from $2M to over $100M, for facilities up to 600 MGD. Having spent the last decade focused on projects in the mid-Atlantic and northeastern US, he’s developed relationships with Philadelphia Water Department, Lancaster Area Sewer Authority, Capital Region Water, DC Water, WSSC Water, and many others. Matt leverages his sharp technical skills and client knowledge being able to effectively communicate with operators to the highest level of engineering staff. His 20 years of project experience for water and wastewater facilities have included plant and pump station design, hydraulic analysis, wet weather equalization and flow management, cogeneration applications at wastewater treatment facilities, and various projects utilizing 3D Design approach. Previously, Matt has served on the WEF Municipal Wastewater Design Treatment Committee and related Wet Weather Task Force.
