I love to learn and have become a subject matter expert in every role I\'ve played in my professional career. I have a great desire to make work more efficient and I\'ve demonstrated this at all levels by refining processes/procedures at every stop along my career path. I\'ve led teams in Homeowner Claims, Contract Management, Facility Leasing, IT support and Facility Management. I began my career in a customer facing role, helping customers navigate the messy claims process that can be time consuming and frustrating.My third party risk management experience involves maintaining responsibility for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of a third party risk management program. I work actively with senior management to identify, manage and mitigate areas of risk associated with entering into and managing vendor relationships. I manage multiple large, complex vendor relationships which have great impact to our enterprise, several of these are deemed critical by our internal business partners. I have trained two new teammates and participated in the hiring process for both.As a leader on our real estate team, I provided in-depth market analysis, partnered with office management in each of my locations to forecast employee movement, planned for growth, and re-stacked multiple facilities. I made countless presentations to our executive team, proposing major changes in some of our market areas. These proposals included extensive reviews with HR, Planning and Analysis and Facilities Management.My management experience includes coaching brand new employees as well as empowering the most tenured employees to own their roles. Many times the employees I led had much greater experience and knowledge of their jobs than I did.
