   I am a partner in the Litigation practice group in the firm’s Houston office. My practice focuses on representing large public companies, private businesses and individuals in construction disputes, commercial litigation, and personal injury matters in both state and federal court. My construction practice involves representing contractors, builders, and suppliers in complex, multi-party litigation concerning the construction of commercial, multi-family, and government buildings. I also handle delay claims, as well as residential construction disputes. I also represent building product manufacturers against claims for product liability, design defect, and manufacturing defect. My commercial litigation experience includes prosecuting and defending claims for breach of contract, fraud and violations of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. I also have extensive experience defending businesses against personal injury and wrongful death claims.
