Arrival is a management consultancy and social impact business.I lead the Early Careers and Social Impact team at Arrival, designing and delivering professional development and employability programmes for 16-25 year olds from low-income communities, in partnership with leading businesses.Over 20 years we’ve supported thousands of young people from low-income backgrounds to achieve career and life success, and worked with Execs and leaders in blue-chip organisations including Sky, Morgan Stanley, GSK & Tesco that have led to lasting organisational change.

ABOUT MATT COOPER
I am passionate about making a difference. I strive to help all young people build the skills, confidence, knowledge and networks to achieve their career and life ambitions. Which I hope in turn will lead to more equal access to opportunity (be that in education or work), irrespective of one’s background. In 2017 I made a career change, from management consulting to social enterprise. I am now the Head of Early Years & Community Programmes at Arrival. Arrival works with leaders to create inclusive cultures, retain diverse talent and deliver social impact.Before Arrival, I went through the On Purpose programme, a social enterprise career accelerator for those who want to transition from traditional professional services backgrounds to \'impact\' roles. During my year on the programme I worked for two social impact organisations: an in-house NHS consultancy unit and a nationwide citizenship initiative for teens.Prior to On Purpose, my final few years as a consultant focused on supporting the implementation of technology change projects. This included turning business requirements into new processes, designing & running training programmes, and communicating & embedding change. These projects ignited my passion for people and change. Before that, I started out on the corporate strategy side, working on market sizing analyses and business case development.
