I am an Accredited Senior Appraiser in busines valuation. I am also a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner. When I joined RMA at its founding, it did not have a business valuation practice. I established and lead the firm\'s business valuation and intangible asset valuation services through our merger with the national valuation firm Marshall & Stevens.I have been qualified as an expert and testified in state and federal courts numerous times. I have performed valuation services in a broad array of industries for a number of purposes. I have extensive experience in business and intangible asset valuation, lost profits analysis, and calculating economic damages.I helped make RMA a trusted source for independent and objective business valuation and expert witness testimony in commercial litigation, estate and gift tax, divorces, ownership disputes, mergers & acquisitions, buy-ins, divestitures, fair value reporting, and other areasPrior to launching RMA, many of our professionals, including myself, comprised the forensic accounting group of the Salt Lake City, Utah office of the international public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Our service offerings include expert witness services, business and intangible asset valuations, fraud investigations, bankruptcy/ restructuring services, and business turnaround services. The professionals at RMA are regarded highly by various federal and state government agencies as well as recommended by banks, accounting firms, and law firms of all sizes.
