ABOUT MATT COLDREY
I’m a coach, EDI and neuroinclusion consultant, and senior lecturer with over two decades of experience in coaching, people development, and organisational change. My work bridges education, sport, and workplace wellbeing, helping organisations to dismantle barriers and design environments where people can truly thrive.Drawing on my lived experience of ADHD, I bring exceptional pattern recognition, creative problem solving, and the ability to build meaningful relationships quickly. I use these strengths to understand systems deeply, connecting evidence, empathy, and strategy to drive lasting change.I have led multi-million-pound programme redesigns, delivered NHS-funded wellbeing interventions, and founded a Neurodivergent Staff Network that achieved measurable improvements in staff wellbeing, retention, and inclusion. My consultancy work has supported EDF Energy, Gloucestershire Constabulary, Bristol City Council, and schools across the UK.My approach combines positive psychology, reflective practice, and evidence-based strategy, from one-to-one coaching and leadership development to inclusive policy design and organisational culture change. As a published author and national conference speaker, I work to show that inclusion is not just a moral imperative but a performance advantage, one that enables people and systems alike to reach their full potential.
