Matt Gooderson (SFHEA MA) is a visionary leader in the realm of education, creativity and technology, committed to inspiring innovation and transforming educational landscapes. Raised by a teacher and a social worker, and with a profoundly disabled sister (Sara), who communicated through music, Matt learned early on the transformative power of creativity. Motivated by Sir Ken Robinson’s influential discourse on creativity in education, Matt pursued a master\'s degree and subsequently published his work on creative processes with Routledge.Currently, Matt is a Senior Lecturer at the University for the Creative Arts, where he pioneers creative and entrepreneurial practices. His work emphasises promoting equality, diversity, and inclusivity through innovative programs and real-world assessments. Previously, as the Course Leader for Music at the University of Westminster, Matt’s leadership and vision reshaped the curriculum and inspired countless students such as Bree Runway, Jess Glynne and Lorraine James through there leadership of a large team of academics.
