I provide investors, developers and occupiers with strategic real estate advice within Central London. I specialise in the design development, leasing and marketing campaigns required to deliver success for my clients and enhance the value of their assets.My main focus is on the West End and Midtown markets of central London and I have been involved in some of the key developments in these locations. These include recently at The Post Building, helping my clients Oxford Properties and Brockton Capital on the redevelopment and pre-letting of this unique sq ft office building achieving record rental levels for the area. Current instructions include advising GAW Capital on their Hub Victoria holdings totalling sq ft, and Royal London Asset Management on the sq ft redevelopment of The Earnshaw.Other key clients include Lazari Investments, Mitsui Fudusan, Selfridges and LIM.
