I’m a people-first manufacturing leader with over 15 years of experience driving operational excellence in fast-paced production environments. I started out as an apprentice on the shop floor, and over the years, I’ve progressed through a variety of technical and leadership roles that have shaped how I lead today.Currently, I manage manufacturing operations at Balmoral Tanks, where I focus on building strong teams, improving processes, and delivering high-quality results - safely and efficiently.Alongside my degree in engineering, I recently completed a second apprenticeship to achieve a Level 7 Senior Leader Postgraduate Diploma - further strengthening my ability to lead strategically, manage change, and develop high-performing teams.
