Led the Digital Enterprise Quality Team expanding headcount in FY24 and FY25- Hired a leader for the Strategic Insights function of the team and plugged them into the new NeoGames acquisition to measure Technical KPIs within iGaming, iLottery, Sportsbook, and White label businesses similar to what we had implemented for the Social Casino business (Pixel United)- Hired a leader for the Readiness/Consultative function of the team and plugged them into both the Social Casino and Real Money Gaming groups, with a focus on collaboration, quality enhancement opportunity identification, and conducting digital workshops with the cross functional teams- Developed and implemented the FY25 Digital Quality Strategy and aligned it with tech and development functional leaders throughout Aristocrat- Mentored members of the Enterprise Quality team providing them more exposure to both the Strategic Insights and Readiness/Consultation work that was being done.
