Handle caseload of approximately 150+ professional liability claims, including evaluating coverage, retaining outside counsel, documenting files, and participating in and influencing the outcome of the resolution of files- Communicate directly with agents, insureds, clients, claimants, and other customers- Monitor claims to assure that our files are up to date with the most recent developments and the necessary action is taken- Compose letters such as Reservation of Rights Letters, Adoption Letters, and Denial Letters as needed to be issued.
