As Executive Vice President of Wholesale for Calvin Klein North America, I lead the wholesale business including direct oversight of the Dress Furnishings and Underwear divisions. I focus on driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand presence across key retail partners, and aligning product strategies with evolving consumer demand. I set the strategic direction and ensure seamless execution of wholesale partnerships to deliver long-term value for the brand in North America.Before joining Calvin Klein, I served as Senior Vice President of Wholesale at J.Crew, with full P&L ownership of the wholesale business. I was accountable for driving top-line growth, improving margins, and optimizing the operating model. Under my leadership, the team stabilized the wholesale business, delivered profitable revenue expansion, and expanded Madewell’s global wholesale footprint in 2018–2019, generating significant incremental profit and sustainable growth.Earlier, I was Vice President and Chief of Staff to Ralph Lauren’s former CEO, Stefan Larsson, where I supported the development and execution of the Way Forward Plan—the company’s turnaround strategy. I helped translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, cut lead times from 15 to 9 months while implementing an 8-week test pipeline, and contributed to Ralph Lauren delivering its first year of the turnaround ahead of guidance. I also led Global Manufacturing & Sourcing (GM & S) Strategy and Operations, managing a broad project portfolio to consolidate the supplier base, realign sourcing operations, and position the business for long-term growth.Prior to Ralph Lauren, I worked in management consulting with A.T. Kearney’s Consumer Industries and Retail Practice, where I partnered with leading retailers on corporate strategy, organizational redesign, profitability improvement, and supply chain transformation.My career began in operational leadership roles at Liz Claiborne and VF Corporation, where I built a strong foundation in sourcing, operations, and cross-functional leadership including an international business transformation assignment.I hold an MBA from Fordham University and bring a career-long focus on driving profitable growth, building high-impact teams, and delivering measurable results.
