The main commission that I work on is the Chelsea Barracks luxury housing development. In this role we act as the employers agent, on behalf of Qatari Diar Europe, executing a design and build contract. In this role I am centred around quality, design and programme management. Specifically, I work on the Building 6 fit-out works which is in RIBA stage 5. I also lead and mange on the Phase 4 Shell & Core defects. On Triton Square I provide a supporting role for the Level 1 and Ground Floor refurbishment in the Santander international headquarters. This role mainly concerns reporting, contract administration and change control.
